Roger J. Griesmeyer

Managing Member, Corporate & Real Estate

Roger Griesmeyer's practice focuses on corporate advisory and transactional work, including
mergers and acquisitions, private equity and hedge funds, joint ventures, private investment,
insurance and corporate management. Recently, Mr. Griesmeyer has been the lead attorney for
several international private equity investments into U.S. assets, including luxury brands and
manufacturing. Roger has also been involved in some of largest, most complex transactions in
recent history, including the redevelopment of the World Trade Center in New York City. He
was previously an associate with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen &
Katz.

In addition to his role at LGLG, Mr. Griesmeyer is a corporate drafting professor at Brooklyn
Law School; a board member of the Asian Affairs Committee of the New York City Bar
Association; Secretary to the Boards of Directors for the Thom Browne™ and Ghurka™ luxury
brands; and a CLE instructor.

Mr. Griesmeyer graduated summa cum laude from Brooklyn Law School after receiving his
undergraduate degree in psychology and education from Dartmouth College. He lives in
Greenwich, Connecticut with his wife, Lindsay, and two rescue dogs, Riley and Sheba.


Mariel S. LaSasso

Managing Member, Litigation & Victims’ Rights

Mariel LaSasso specializes in the representation of companies and individuals in connection with
the defense of complex criminal, civil and corporate litigation matters in the federal and state
courts in New York and New Jersey. She also advises on compliance issues, government
investigations and victims’ rights matters. Ms. LaSasso’s criminal practice includes representing
clients on various white collar and non-white collar crimes, including securities fraud, mortgage
fraud, money laundering, narcotics trafficking, obstruction of justice, weapons possession, sexual
assault crimes, as well as a broad array of criminal conspiracy charges. Ms. LaSasso also
represents victims of crimes at all stages of the criminal process and beyond.

Prior to founding LGLG, Ms. LaSasso was previously employed, and mentored, by several
prominent trial attorneys, including Jeffrey Lichtman and Gerald Shargel, where she
concentrated on criminal trials and investigations and obtained extensive trial experience. She
has been involved in many cases that have been featured prominently in the media. Ms. LaSasso
also received the distinction of serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Frederic Block, United
States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.

Ms. LaSasso received her B.A. degree from George Washington University where she graduated
summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa and with honors in Philosophy. She received her Juris Doctor
from Brooklyn Law School where she received an appellate advocacy award while competing as
part of the Moot Court Honor Society.

Ms. LaSasso is a member of the state bars of New York and New Jersey and is admitted to
practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the District Court of New
Jersey.


Joseph Anci

Managing Attorney, Civil Litigation

Joe Anci heads the firm's civil litigation practice. Mr. Anci's practice serves a diverse client base
and focuses on a broad range of Federal and State civil litigation matters. Mr. Anci previously
represented and defended clients in actions based in Federal civil rights, labor law, employment
discrimination, divorce, election law, commercial litigation, insurance, municipal law, vehicle
forfeiture and ERISA disability. Decisions on cases he has been involved in have been published
and featured in the New York Law Journal.

Prior to joining LGLG, Mr. Anci served as an Associate at Riemer & Associates, a leading
ERISA disability law firm, and as a Deputy County Attorney at the Office of the Nassau County
Attorney, where he was recognized and awarded for his diligent representation of his clients.

Mr. Anci is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the Southern and Eastern
Districts of New York.

Mr. Anci earned his Juris Doctor in 2004 from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of
the Moot Court Honor Society and President of the Student Bar Association. He received a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy in 1997 from the State University of New York at
Binghamton.
